The TEDC is partnering with the the Council of Development Finance Agencies to present this one-day TIRZ Seminar. The seminar will cover topics such as: Understanding the Texas TIRZ Statute; TIF bond issuance and structure; guiding principles for success; special districts, credits and overlays; case studies and building community partnerships.
Registration is $200 per person, which includes lunch and program materials.
