Workforce Best Practices Award (WBPA)

In 2001, the TEDC created a Workforce Best Practices Award (WBPA) to recognize the exceptional contributions of a Texas community who has implemented successful workforce initiatives. Criteria for evaluation include:

  • Innovativeness
  • Transferability
  • Community Commitment and Leverage
  • Measured Objectives
  • Secondary Benefits
